The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Opens And Conducts A Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Of The Type Open On The Grounds Of Art. 132, In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1, Art. 19, Al. 2 And Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of Digital Local Controllers And Digital Protection For Linear, Transformer And Auxiliary Attachments High/Medium Voltage. ​​​​​​​ The Subject Of The Contract Is Related To The Use Of The New Digital Devices For The Reconstruction Of Existing And The Construction Of New Command/Relay Boards For Linear, Transformer And Auxiliary 110 Kv, As Well As The Replacement Of Existing Relay Protection In The Indoor Distribution System In The Contracting Authority. The Technical Specification Indicates Basic And Special Technical Requirements, Technical Characteristics And Conditions Of Operation Of Digital Local Controllers And Digital Protection For Linear, Transformer And Auxiliary Connections High/Medium Voltage. They Will Be Used For The Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Electric Substations Owned By The Contracting Authority. All Digital Devices And Accessories Included In The Volume Of Supply Should Be New, Unused, Standard Production. On The Grounds Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Pre -Selection. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of Pppop. ​​​​​​​
