Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff-Framework Agreement Temporary Person Placement Services. Temporary Personnel Insurance Services During The Period Of The Framework Agreement, According To The Description At The Level Of The Specifications. The Estimates Regarding The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement And The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of The Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded During The Period Of The Framework Agreement Are Found Within The Award Documentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Under Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 To Supplement The Estimated Quantity At The Level Of The Award Documentation With Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract. The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Opt For Supplementing The Quantities Of Services Is Conditioned By The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated To This Destination. The Present Award Procedure Is Under The Following Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Accounts In Carrying Out The Framework Agreement Is Conditioned By The Allocation Of Budgetary Credits With This Destination, The Conclusion Of These Subsequent Contracts Being Realized In Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Employment Of The Expense Of The Public, The Bidders Within This Procedure Understand That The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Considered Responsible For Any Injury If The Clause Becomes Incident, Regardless Of Its Nature And Regardless Of Whether The Contracting Authority Has Been Notified Of The Existence Of Such Injury. The Bidders Within This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Special Conditions Above/Suspensive Clause, Assuming Their Full Responsibility In Relation To The Possible Damages That They May Suffer In The Situation Described.
