Tenders are invited for Beach Cleaning, Refuse Collection, Cleaning and Maintenance of Toilet Blocks and Provision of Watchmanship Services on Main Public Beaches for Lot 4 for a Period of 36 Months. 1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Solid Waste Management Division) is inviting potential Service Providers to submit their bids through the Government eProcurement System for Beach Cleaning, Refuse Collection, Cleaning and Maintenance of Toilet Blocks and Provision of Watchmanship Services on Main Public Beaches for Lot 4 for a Period of 36 Months. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: SWMD/IFB/2024/137 3. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held as per date and place mentioned in Section II: Bid Data Sheet ITB 9.1 (b) of the Bidding Document. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 16 September 2025 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 16 September 2025 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 18 September 2025 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 18 September 2025 as from 14.01 hours (Mauritian Time) up to 18.00 hours (Mauritian Time): The Conference Room Central Procurement Board 1st Floor, Social Security House Julius Nyerere Avenue Rose Hill Republic of Mauritius 7.
