Tenders are invited for National Conference of Community and Traditional Leaders to Promote Cultural Social Cohesion and Peacebuilding in South Sudan Assignment: Organization of one day Cultural festival/Event 1. Organize a one-day cultural festival/ event that will bring together all the ethnic communities of Eastern Equatoria State in Torit to perform traditional dances, exhibition of traditional food and cultural goods and attire. 2. Identify and invite the other communities who reside in Torit from the neighboring States to participate in the event. 3. Coordinate with the community leaders and the State Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, in Torit to identify representatives of the community leaders and mobilize them to perform in the festival/event. 4. Ensure visibility of the festival/event through social media, media coverage, publications, web-news and shows. 5. Develop the agenda of the festival/event and list of invitees in collaboration with the State Ministry of Culture & UNESCO. 6. Coordinate and liaise in collaboration with the State Ministry of Culture, Youth & Sports and community leaders to ensure their participation in the event. 7. In collaboration with the State Ministry of Culture, identify and secure a venue large and safe enough to host the one-day cultural festival/event for the invited cultural/community groups and activities. 8. Facilitate transportation of the participating communities/groups to and from the event. 9. Provide water/refreshments at the venue of the event for the participants. 10. . Put in place measures to ensure that all the registered cultural groups have a slot to showcase their culture during the event. 11. Ensure documentaries, pictures, videos, interviews for the event for all the performing groups including films, photos, visibility, social media, etc. in line with UNESCOs rules and regulations.
