The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of This Public Contract Is The Installation And Commissioning Of The Measuring Speed (Hereinafter Referred To As The Measuring Equipment) In The Locality Of The Municipality Of Oldřichov In Hájích Within 3 Months Of The Entry Into Force Of The Contract. More Information Is Given In Annex 4 Of This Tender Documentation Of The Concept Of Protected Locations - Oldřichov In Hájích. Annex 4 Is Also An Integral Part Of The Contract On The Lease And Provision Of Services. These Are Mainly The Following Activities: 1. Installation Of The Measuring Device: • Developing The Relevant Project Documentation To Install The Measuring Device, Including The Sw Of The Measuring Device And Integration Links To The Surrounding Systems In A Protected Location - The Target Concept. The Target Concept Must Be Approved By The Contracting Authority (Tenant) Before Installing The Measuring Device In The Protected Location. • Ensuring All Necessary Engineering Activities Associated With The Installation Of A Measuring Device In A Protected Location. • Installation And Commissioning Of The Measuring Device, Including Connection To The Power Source. • Installation And Commissioning Of Technologies For Data Transfer From Measuring Devices To The Related Is Mp System For Validation Of Measurement. • Access To The Authorized Persons Of The Contracting Authority (Lessee) Sw Of The Measuring Equipment And Training Of Authorized Persons (Lessee) To Operate The Measuring Equipment. • Handing Over The Measuring Equipment For Production Operations Including Metrological Verification. 2. Ensuring The Operation Of The Measuring Device: • Ensuring Secure Continuous Data Transfer From The Measurement From The Measuring Device To The Subsequent Is Mp System For Validation Of The Measurement. • Ensuring Flawless Operation Of The Measuring Device In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation And Technical Specifications Given By This Tender Documentation. • Ensuring Regular Metrological Verification Of The Measuring Device So That The Measuring Equipment Can Be Used For Detection Of Offenses Throughout The Production Operation. • Ensuring The Compliance Of The Measuring Device And The Sw Of The Measuring Device With Valid Legislation For The Entire Duration Of The Lease. • Ensuring Remote Secure Access To Data For Authorized Persons Of The Police Of The Czech Republic As Part Of The Search For Leisure Vehicles In A Manner Corresponding To The Normal Rules Of Implementation Of Such Access In The Czech Republic (Is Akv) For The Entire Duration Of The Lease. • Ensuring That All Parts Of The Measuring Equipment And Sw Of The Measuring Device Related To The Subject Of The Lease Will Be In The State Of The Corresponding Requirements Stipulated In The Currently Valid Generally Binding Legislation And On Their Status To The Contracting Authority (Tenants), The Competent Administrative Authority Or Court. Within The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Participant Is Obliged To Ensure All Activities Related To The Subject Of Performance Within This Protected Location And To Include These Activities In The Total Bid Price.
