    Railway -Track Maintenance Services - Maintenance, Maintenance And Repair Of The Tram Infrastructure Of The City Of Krakow In The Years 2025 - 2028. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Maintaining, Maintaining And Repairing The Tram Infrastructure Of The City Of Krakow In The Years 2025 - 2028. The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded On 05.08.2025 Between: Municipal Municipality Of Kraków - Road Administration Of The City Of Krakow, Ul. Centralna 53, 31-586 Kraków And The Route Łagiewnicka S.A., Ul. Reinforcers 78, 30-412 Krakow. Pursuant To Art. 38 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Parties Are Determined By The Road Authority Of The City Of Krakow As The Employer Authorized To Conduct The Proceedings And Award The Contract On Behalf Of The Parties And For Them. B) The Purchaser Described The Subject Of The Contract Using The Following Attachments: • The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, • The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 7 To Swz, • Technical Documents Constituting Annex 17 To Swz. C) Required Warranty Period: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For Robots And Works Covered By The Task And Built -In Materials (In Accordance With §10 (1) Of The Ppu): Min. 36 - Max. 48 Months Of Warranty (Offers Containing The Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected) With The Exception Of The Guarantee Specified In §11 Para. 6 Technical Specifications. Components, Components And Parts Of Crane Devices And Escalator. D) Deadline Of The Contract: 36 Months From The Date Of The Contract.
