It Is Necessary To Hire The Service Described Below: Audio -Description In Deferred In Spanish For Forta And Its Associated Organizations: - Canal Sur Radio Y Televisión, S.A. - Radio Televisión Madrid, S.A - Eitb Media, S.A.U - Televisión Pública De Canarias, S.A. - Televisión Autonómica De Castilla-La Mancha, S.A. - Radiotelevisión De La Región De Murcia - Televisión Autonómica De Aragón, S.A.U. - Radiotelevisión Del Principado De Asturias, S.A.U. The Cpv Coding Of The Contract According To The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts Approved By Regulation (Ce) 2195/2002 Of The European Parliament And The Council Of November 5, 2002 Modified By Regulation (Ce) 213/2008 Of The Commission Of November 28, 2007 Is: 922200-9 Television Services. The Purpose Of The Contract: The Determination Of The Conditions Of The Provision Of The Audio -Description Service In Deferred In Spanish In Accordance With What Is Specified In The Technical Prescriptions Forta Will Manage This Procedure On Commission Of Its Associated Tvas And Will Act As Their Managing Body. The Adjudication Of The Framework Agreement Will Determine The Winner For The Provision Of The Service, The Prices Of Awarding Of The Derived Contracts And The Conditions Of Execution Of The Derived Contracts. The Formalization Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Imply The Effective Contracting Of The Services, And In No Case Is The Company Awarded The Hiring Of A Minimum Number Of Services By The Tvas And Forta Guaranteed. In This Sense, The Maximum Bidding Amounts Are Established For Each Of The Following Types Of Services Included In This Framework Agreement: A) Price Minute Audio -Description In Spanish In Deferred Standard: € 2.90/Minute B) Minute Price Audio -Description In Spanish In Deferred Urgent: € 3.05/Minute Rejected.
