The Purpose Of This Mixed Contract, The Service, Supply, Installation, Maintenance And Disassembly Of Ornamental Lighting During Christmas Campaigns In The Streets Of The Urban Cores Of Sagunto. The Aforementioned Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Attributions That Appear In The Technical Prescriptions Specifications That Specify The Basic Data That Define And Condition The Object Of The Contract, The Applicable Norms And Instructions Of A General Nature And The Prescriptions And Recommendations That, Without Having This Character, Are Mandatory. In The Price Of The Contracts Of The Contract, The Design, The Supply In The Rental Regime, The Installation (Fixing Wires, Power Supply Circuits, Protective And Measurement Boxes And Electrical Tables), Maintenance, Legalization Expenses, Authorization, Fees, Regulatory Inspection And Any Other Expense Associated With The Implementation And Operation Of The Installation Are Included. In Summary, The Provision Of The Service Consists, Mainly, In The Execution Of The Following Works: • The Design Of Festive Lighting Reasons Understanding By This Set Of Light And Ornamental Elements That Make Up The Own And Unique Design Of The Proposed Lighting For Our Municipality. • The Assembly Of The Ornamental Lighting Facilities, Formed By Light Elements And Motifs Whose Technical Description Is Included In This Sheet. • The Subsequent Disassembly Of Festive Lighting Facilities. • The Ignition And Dietary Of The Festive Lighting, Through A Digital Programming Control System, Subject To The Ignition And Off Schedule Established By This City Council. Given The Mixed Nature Of This Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 13, 16, 17, And 18 Of The Lcsp, The Legal Regime Of The Preparation And Award Will Be That Of The Service Contract In Attention To The Character Of The Main Benefit, According To Art. 18.1.A) Of The Lcsp; And That Of Its Effects, Compliance And Extinction Shall Be Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 122.2 Of The Lcsp In The Clause Of This Pliego, Attending To The Rules Applicable To The Different Benefits Merged Into Them.
