Bids Are Invited For Workshops Focused On The Work Environment And Mental Health For Health Officials

The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Person, Natural Or Legal, To Execute A Training Program Through Workshops, Aimed At Providing Practical Tools And Activities Of Team Building For Health Officials Of The Municipality Of Vitacura. This Program Must Comply With The Provisions Of Paragraph 2 Of Law No. 18,883, Entitled Training, And Aims To Mitigate The Psychosocial Risks To Which Health Workers Are Exposed. The Program Approach Will Be Based On The Twelve (12) Dimensions Present In The Work Environment, In Accordance With The Labor And Mental Health Evaluation Questionnaire Of The Social Security Superintendence (Ceal Sm-Susses). These Dimensions Are: Workload, Emotional Demands, Professional Development, Recognition And Clarity Of The Role, Conflict Of Role, Leadership Quality, Companionship, Insecurity In Working Conditions, Balance Between Work And Private Life, Trust And Organizational Justice, Vulnerability And Violence And Harassment. It Is Important To Note That, If These Risk Factors Are Properly Managed, They Can Become Positive Elements For Officials. Correct Management Of These Aspects Directly Impacts Mental Health, Favoring The Well -Being Of Workers, Allowing Them To Control Stress And Perform In A Productive And Healthy Way.
