The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person, To Provide, For A Period Of 24 Twenty -Four Months, Or Until The Maximum Budget Indicated In Numeral 6.1 Of The Bae, The Executive Taxi Service, Under The Application Modality, According To The Need For The Service, Is Exhausted To Be Used In The Work Of The Municipal Health Centers, Guaranteeing The Efficient Transfer Of The Patients Biopsychosocial Carried Out By The Social Assistant Of Cesfam, From Its Homes, Located In The Vitacura Commune, To The Municipal Health Centers Or To Other Centers Of The Health Network Of The Metropolitan Region And Vice Versa. In Addition, The Service Includes The Transfer Of Municipal Health Officials To Carry Out Essential And Typical Activities Of Their Function, Such As: • Home Visits To Patients In The Vitacura Commune I Delivery Of Medicines, Supplies, Technical Aids, Among Others. • Participation In Meetings, Workshops I Training Related To Their Professional Work In The Metropolitan Region Metropolitan Health Service, Hospitals, Municipalities, Cesfam, Courts Of Justice Or Family, Seremi De Salud, Among Others. • Performing Home Vaccination Campaigns, In Educational Establishments In The Commune Of Vitacura Or Other Points Arranged By The Municipality Of Vitacura. • Eventually, Transfer From And From Their Private Homes, In The Metropolitan Region, On Specific Dates And Schedules Mainly Officials Of The Emergency Primary Care Service, Only In Those Special Or Exceptional Situations, Qualified Based On The Higher Authority Of The Service (In This Case The Director Of The Cesfam).
