    The Regional Energy Strategy (Res) Is A National Task That Comes From The Climate Agreement. The Netherlands Is For This Divided Into Thirty Res Regions In Which Municipalities, Province, Water Boards, Network Operators, Business, Social Organizations And Residents Work Together On A Sustainable Energy Supply. In Noord-Holland, The Local Authorities (44 Municipalities, 3 Water Boards And The Province) Work Together With Various Parties On The Implementation Of The Res. Noord-Holland Has 2 Res Regions: Noord-Holland Noord And Noord-Holland Zuid. Various Res Partners States That The Support Needs In The Implementation Of The Res Are Changing. The Work Is Shifting From Policy -Making To Implementation And There Seems To Be An Increasing Need For Capacity Support Within The (Municipal) Organization. It Is About Specific Expertise, Project Management, Environmental Management Or Process Guidance. Initial Contract Duration 1 Year And 10 Months, Possible Extension 3 Times 1 Year
