Tenders Are Invited For Service And Maintenance Of Vehicles And Mechanisms, Including The Supply Of Spare Parts For Road Management Of The Moravian -Silesian Region, Contributory Organization
1. These Public Contracts Are Awarded On Parts (Pursuant To Sections 35 And § 101 Of The Public Procurement Act). Each Part Of The Public Contract Is A Completely Separate Subject Of The Contracting Authoritys Procedure In The Tendering Procedure. Unless The Zd Stipulates Otherwise, The Individual Provisions Of This Zd Apply To All Parts Of Vz. A More Detailed Division Of The Public Contract Into Parts Is Given In Part Iv. This Tender Documentation. 2. The Output Of This Public Contract For Each Part Of The Framework Agreement Is At Least One Supplier And A Maximum Of 15 Suppliers. The Duration Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At 12 Calendar Months From The Date Of Its Effectiveness. The Place Of Filling Is Individual Centers And The Sponsor Of The Contracting Authority. 3. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Inspections, Maintenance And Repair Of Trucks In The Possession Of The Moravian -Silesian Road Administration, Contributory Organizations (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Service Of Vehicles” Or “Service”) According To Individual Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. At The Same Time, It Is Also The Provision Of Consultations In Carrying Out The Maintenance And Repair Of The Self -Help Employees Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Spare Parts And Other Consumer Goods. Public Contract Is Over -Limit Vz For Services And Also Deliveries
