I. General Information: The City Of Bad Münstereifel Is Located In The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia, Euskirchen District. With Its 51 Districts And Approx. 17,300 Inhabitants (As Of December 2022), The Urban Area Extends Over A Total Area Of 150.83 Km², Of Which Approx. 60 % Are Forested. With 115 Inhabitants Per Km², The City Of Bad Münstereifel Is More To Be Classified As Sparsely Populated (For Comparison: The District Of Euskirchen = 154 Ew/Km², North Rhine-Westphalia = 532 Ew/Km², Lower Saxony = 171 Ew/Km², Saxony-Anhalt = 108 Ew/Km²). The Catchment Areas (Ezg) Of The Two Main Waters Ahr And Erft Divide The City Area Of Bad Münstereifel Into Two Large Areas. There Are Many Waters In The City Area Of Bad Münstereifel, Which Were Damaged Differently By The Floods Of July 2021. The Sustainable Restoration Of These Water (M220 - M264) Has Been Anchored In The Reconstruction Plan (Wap) Of The City Of Bad Münstereifel. To Optimally Organize This Task, The Respective Water Systems (Project Rooms) Were Broken Down Into Individual Measures (M) Or In Measures (Mv). Ii. Information Project Mv2 (Right -Wing Tributaries Buchholzbach) The Mv2 Measures Network Includes The Waters (Project Rooms) Brömmersbach (M222), Lamersbach (M239) And Seldesbach (M262). The Lamersbach And The Seldesbach Are On The Right -Hand Tributaries Of The Main Waters Buchholzbach (Sometimes Also Referred To As Escher Bach) And Result In Them Above Or Below The Berresheim District. In Contrast, The Brömmersbach Is An Inflow Of The Poverty And Was Assigned To The Mv 2, Territorial And Organizationally Justified. In The Further Course, The Buchholzbach Also Flows Into The Poetry, Which Flows To The Ahr To The Ahr At The Rhineland-Palatinate Location. The Buchholzbach (M224) Itself Is Not Part Of These Restoration Measures. All Lengths And Heights Of The Waters Mentioned Only Refer To The Urban Area Of Bad Münstereifel. The Brömmersbach (M223) Project Space Comprises 6 Sub -Areas. The Main Waters Are The Approximately 4.06 Km Long Brömmersbach, Which Has A Gradient Of 4 %. The 1.42 Km Long Rothsiefen Is The Next Ended Component. This Overcomes A Height Difference Of 77 M, Which Corresponds To A Gradient Of 5 %. The Blind Stream Is 1.38 Km Long In The Urban Area. The Height Difference Is 91 M (Gradient Approx. 4 %). An Unnamed Side Waters (Ng) Is Another Inflow To The Brömmersbach. This Co -Water Is Only 680 M Long. With A Height Difference Of Approx. 56 M, It Has A Strong Gradient Of 8 %. Another Component Of The Project Room M223 Is The 1.37 Km Long Crouches With A Height Difference Of 89 M. This Corresponds To A Gradient Of Approx. 6 %. After The Admission Of These Numerous Inflows, The Brömmersbach Flows Into The Poetry. This Stream Is 1.31 Km Long In The City Area Of Bad Münstereifel. With A Height Difference Of Only 17 M, This Area Has A Very Low Gradient Of Only 1 %. The Brömmersbach (M223) Project Room Has A Total Length Of 10.22 Km. The 2Nd Part Of The Mv2 Is The 3.03 Km Long And Non -Susceptible Lamersbach (M239) With A Height Difference Of 117 M, Which Corresponds To A Gradient Of Approx. 4 %. With Its Inflow Billsiefen, The Seldesbach (Sometimes Also Referred To As Selbach) Is The 3Rd Component Of The Network Of Measures 2. With A Length Of 3.98 Km, A Height Difference Of 176 M And Thus A Gradient Of 4 %, The Seldesbach Is An Average Water. On The Other Hand, The Only 620 M Long Bills, With A Height Difference Of 63 M, Has A Very Strong Gradient Of Approx. 10 %. The Mv2 Measure Network Is Approximately 17.85 Km Long And Has An Average Gradient Of 5.1 %. A Nature Reserve Is Only Shown In The Brömmersbach (M223) Project Room. The Water Runs Of The Complete Blind Stream And The Entire Brömmersbach Are Assigned To The Eu-164 Brömmersbach Nature Reserve. This Also Applies To The Entire Area Of The Poetry (In The Urban Area Of Bad Münstereifel) To The Confluence Of The Buchholzbach. Ffh Areas Are Not Shown In The Area Of The Mv2. The Waters Of The Project Rooms (Outside Of The Local Locations, Nitterscheid, Mutscheid, Ellesheim, Sasserath And Ohlerath) Of The Network Of Measures Are Completely In Landscape Protection Areas (Lsg). All Water Runs Of The Mv2 Are Largely In Forest Areas. The Waters Are Characterized By Some Crossings Of Streets And Paths, Which Were Produced As Bridges Or Through. These Hydraulic Engineering Systems, Especially The Passports, Were Sometimes Badly Damaged Or Destroyed. This Degree Of Damage Also Applies To The Entire Water Systems. In Particular, Deep Erosion, Sedimentation, Bankerosion, Fall Trees, Slope Slips And Abortions Have Occurred. Furthermore, Debris Or Garbage Was Washed Up. The Aim Of The Entire Measure Is The Sustainable And Natural Restoration Of The Water In The Area Of The Network Of Measures, So That These Enormous Damage Will Be Avoided Or Reduced In The Event Of Similar Events. In Particular, The Passports Are To Be Repaired, Renovated Or Rebuilt If Necessary. The Measurement Of The Passports Must Be Checked On The Basis Of The Knowledge Of The Heavy Rain Event 2021 And, If Necessary, These Buildings Are To Be Upgraded Accordingly So That A New Failure Is Prevented. In The Restoration Of The Entire Course Of The Stream, Special Attention Should Be Paid To A Possible Renaturation Or Dynamic Development Of The Water, Taking Into Account Sustainable Nature Conservation. Official Votes And The Resulting Requirements Or Requirements Are Mandatory. The Landscape Maintenance Plan, The Engineering Structures, The Planning -Accompanying Measurement, Geotechnical And The Sigeko Are Part Of The Planning Services According To Hoai
