Quotation are invited for Production and Syndication of the New Sound of Health - A Multilingual One Hour Weekly Radio Magazine Show on Health Sector Reform. Date Added: August 14, 2025 Deadline: 18/08/2025 Category: Media & Design Objective of the Assignment To produce and air a weekly 1-hour radio magazine show in English, Hausa, and Nigerian Pidgin, for 13 weeks, that will: Translate health reform priorities into relatable stories and explanations, Feature on-ground experiences of health workers and communities, Provide a public platform for questions, engagement, and real-time feedback, Strengthen public trust and accountability in the health system. Scope of Work A. Editorial Planning & Content Design Develop a 13-episode editorial calendar for all three languages. Content segments should include: o Reform Explained (Plain-language policy breakdown) o Voices from the Field (Health workers, patients, and citizens) o Ask the Ministry (Responses from Client and partners) o State in Focus (Spotlight on subnational reform efforts) o Health Nuggets or Youth Pulse (quick facts, youth contributions) B. Multilingual Production Produce weekly 1-hour programs in English, Hausa, and Nigerian Pidgin. Ensure each version is culturally localized, script-adapted, and voice-acted by native speakers. Use field audio, real-time interviews, and expert commentary to enhance authenticity. C. Syndication & Broadcast Secure national airtime through Radio Nigeria (FRCN) and zonal stations. Negotiate additional syndication across priority state and private stations. Ensure synchronized weekly airing of all language versions. D. Community Engagement Integration Activate regional reporters and citizen contributors. Enable live call-ins, SMS/WhatsApp listener messages, and voice notes. E. Promotion & Audience Growth Design jingle packs, teasers, and digital promo materials per language. Deploy via radio, social media, community health centers, and religious/civic networks. F. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Track weekly reach, syndication coverage, and citizen response. Compile a final Impact and Learning Report with data on reach, participation, and stories collected.
