    Provision Of Medical Services. Provision Of Medical Services I Request Hiring A Company Providing Services For Medical Care Of 40 (Forty) Hours Per Week In The Family Health Strategy - Esf1, Urban And Rural Area, Aiming At The Execution Of Health Actions And Services, Such As: 1- Conduct Clinical Consultations And Home Visits To Users Of Their Astrite Area; 2- Perform Comprehensive Care Actions At All Phases Of The Life Cycle: Child, Adolescent, Woman, Adult And Elderly; 3- Perform Consultations And Procedures At Usf And, When Necessary, At Home; 4 -Realize Clinical Activities Corresponding To Priority Areas In The Intervention In Primary Care, Defined In The Operational Standard Of Health Care - Nas 2001; 5- Combine With Clinical Performance With The Practice Of Collective Health; 6- To Foster The Creation Of Specific Pathologies Groups Such As Hypertensive, Diabetic, Mental Health, Etc.; 7- Perform The Emergency Room At Emergencies And Emergencies, As Well As Accompany The Patient In Ambulance To The Reference Center; 8- Forward To The Most Common Services, Ensuring Continuity Of Treatment At Usf, Through A Monitoring And Reference System And Counter-Reference; 9- Perform Small Outpatient Surgeries; 10- Indicate Hospitalization; 11- Request, Analyze And Interpret Exams; 12- Release Aih (Hospital Intervention Authorization); 13- Check And Attest To Death; 14- Integrate Medical Board; 15- Perform Other Activities, 15/08/2025
