    Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Solar Power for Blood Bank and Theatre for Fth, Owerri Annex at Umuamusa,Njaba COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: All Tender collections remain the same as earlier published. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Two (2) hard copies each of Technical and Financial Bids and with soft copy of Financial Bid only in (Ms Excel format in a flashdrive) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter put the two Sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope with name of Bidder, address and phone number addressed to; The Chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri and clearly marked with the Project name and Lot number. Furthermore the reverse side of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the Bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box located at the Office of the Chief Medical Director Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri not later than 1.00pm on Monday18th, August, 2025, Bidders are to sign the Bid submission register in the Office of the Head, Procurement Department, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS /EOI: The Technical Bids / EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 1.00pm on Monday 18th August, 2025 at Obstetrics & Gynecology (O & G) Hall (1), while the Financial bids will be kept unopened. Note that the Hospital will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
