Bids Are Invited For Career And Employment Information Services (Ceis) And Workforce Development (Wd) For Rural Areas Of Edmonton

The Ministry Of Assisted Living And Social Services (Alss), Through Procurement And Resource Management – North Zone, Is Inviting Proposals From Qualified Organizations To Provide A Combination Of Career, Employment And Information Services (Ceis), Including But Not Limited To Resource Centre Access, Exposure Courses, Workforce Development, Workshops And Employer Services To Albertans Residing In The Following Rural Areas Of Edmonton: Fort Saskatchewan, Nisku/Leduc, Parkland County, And The Area North Adjacent To Manning Crossing.This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is A Contract Selection Process To Identify Organizations Whose Services Align With The Goals Of This Initiative. It Is Not A Solicitation Under The Alberta Government’S Procurement And Sole Sourcing Directive Or Trade Agreement Obligations.Proposals Must Demonstrate The Organization’S Ability To Deliver Career And Employment Services, Workforce Development For Albertans In Rural Communities, Resource Centre Services, And Employer Services. Proposals Must Meet The Requirements, Terms, And Conditions Outlined In This Rfp. Proponents Should Review All Materials Carefully. Proposals That Do Not Meet Mandatory Requirements May Not Be Considered.Four Contracts Will Be Awarded As Part Of This Rfp.All Questions And Any Forms Of Communication Between The Proponents And The Province In Relation To This Rfp Must Be Submitted In Writing Via Email To Prmnorth.Rfp-Proposals@Gov.Ab.Ca By September 22, 2025, And Must Include The Rfp Number From The Front Page.
