Grimstad Municipality Will Buy 8 New Turnkey Housing With Associated Common Rooms, Staff Base, Outdoor Area, Access And Parking. The Homes Must Be Designed For People With Disabilities. The Building Should Be Modern, Functional And With A Completed Architecture. The Principles Of The Housing Banks Supervisor For The Location And Design Of Care Buildings (See Appendix 1A) Must Be Followed. The Homes Should Be Located In Ordinary Living Environments And In Places That Promote Social Interactions. They Should Be Located In Central Areas With Good Access To Public Transport. The Location Is Crucial For The Residents To Have The Opportunity To Explore The Surrounding Area On Their Own. This Gives Them The Opportunity To Seek Out Important Social Meeting Places Such As The Center, Grocery Stores, Cafes And Other Necessary Facilities. Walking Distance To From The Dwellings And To The Nearest Grocery Store And Bus Stop Along The Public Axis Should Be No More Than Respectively. Two And One Mile.
