Sealed Bids For Construction Of The Water System Improvements Project Will Be Received Until Monday, September 15Th, 2025 At 11:00 Am At Butler City Hall, 12 Cedar Street, Butler, Georgia 31006. This Project Will Include Furnishing All Products, Equipment, And Labor Necessary To Install +/- 13,555 L.F. Of 12 Pvc Water Main, +/- 1,083 L.F. Of 8 Water Main, +/- 167 L.F. Of 6 Water Main, +/- 100 L.F. Of Jack & Bore 20 Steel Casing To Be Installed In Norfolk Southern Row, +/- 328 L.F. Of Jack & Bore 18 Steel Casing In Gdot Row, +/- 62 L.F. Of Jack & Bore 12 Steel Casing In Gdot Row, Along With Fire Hydrants, Valve, Pressure Reducing Valve, Water Service Transfers, Plugging And Abandonment Of Existing Water Mains, And All Other Appurtenances Necessary To Complete The Project In Accordance With The Specifications And Plans. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is 300 Calendar Days And Will Be Awarded In One (1) Contract. This Project Is Funded In Part Or In Whole By American Rescue Plan Funds Administered By The Governors Office Of Planning And Budget. This Project Will Be Required To Comply With All Applicable Federal Requirements, Including Those Outline In Appendix Ii Of 2 Cfr 200. Project Must Be Completed By October 31, 2026.
