    We Require A Machine With The Following Features: • A Loading Station Vacuum Chamber And Automatic Unloading • Capable Of A Minimum Of 2 Cycles Per Min With An External Vacuum Pump System - Minimum Of 600M3h • Two Bi-Active Seal Bars Measuring From 900Mm To 1200Mm. • Chamber Width To Be 600Mm To 800Mm With A Minimal Chamber Height Of 120Mm • The Machine Must Be Fitted With A Bag Pre-Cut And Trim Function. • Integrated Lid Safety System • Hmi Control Screen To Allow Various Product Recipes To Be Saved • Start Stop Buttons On The Infeed To Allow For One Person Operation. • Minimum Product To Bag Cut Off Measurement Is Essential And Must Be Detailed In A Proposal • The Machine Should Be Made Entirely Of Stainless Steel With A Food Safe Belt • As Part Of Our Sustainability Efforts, We Would Prefer A Machine Without Water Cooling. • Price To Include Delivery Installation And Operator Training • User Manuals And Compliance Documentation Should Be Provided Following Installation.
