    Maintenance Service Of Thermal And Hot Water Systems Of The Buildings And Municipal Units Of The City Council Of Olot.It Is The Purpose Of This Contract The Provision Of The Maintenance Service Of The Thermal System Of Heating And Hot Water Of The Municipal Buildings And Units Of The City Council Of Olot, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Its Proper Operation And Optimizing The State Of Conservation And Service Of Each Of The Elements That Make Up The Systems. At The Same Time Ensuring Compliance With The Current Regulations On Thermal Facilities And Their Associate Elements, The Object Of This Contract Is Divided Into Six Lots In Accordance With Their Respective Areas Of Management Of The City Council And Two Buildings With Particular Technical Characteristics: Lot 1. Corporation Centers - The Centers Of Administrative Use, Associations Of Neighbors, ... Lot 2. Cultural Centers - The Culturallot Use Centers Are Included 4 Education Centers - The Centers Of Use Education Lot 5. Bisaroqueslot School 6. Space Crateruna Same Company Cannot Be Awarded The Four Main Lots (Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 And Lot 4) In Order To Guarantee A Correct Repair Service (Corrective Maintenance) Of Different Centers Of Centers Of Centers Of Centers That Are Simultaneously Considered To Be The Large Number Of Buildings. They Form These First Four Lots. They May Also Be Awarded For One Or More Lots. And If It Is Classified First In The First Four Lots, The Award Will Be Proposed To The Second Classified In The Lot In Which There Is A Lower Score Difference Between The First And Second Classifieds.
