The Framework Agreement Has An Expected Annual Value Of 1.5Mnok Excl. Vat, But The Need Is Expected To Vary. The Annual Amount Specified Is Only An Estimate Based On Previous Years Of Consumption. Subject To Changes In Volume As A Result Of Changed Financial Framework Conditions And Municipal Activity, As Well As Changed Assumptions Or Needs. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement (Roof Volume) Is 7Mnokkskl. Vat. Neither Estimated Nor Maximum Value Entails Any Obligation For The Client Or Any Right For The Supplier.
