The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Construction Mountain Renovation Of The Local Road P37808.11.69 In The Land Of The Village Of Kozloduytsi, Dobrich Municipality. The Pi37808.11.69 Intended For Major Repairs In The Land Of Kozloduytsi Village And Is 1 020.85 M Long And The Width Of The Lane 6 Meters. The Construction Is The Iv Category, According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter A Of The Spa. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared For The Construction, Which Is Currently In The Process Of Coordination. After Its Coordination, A Building Permit Will Be Issued By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality. All Activities For This Contract Are Executed In Compliance With And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulatory Acts By The Territory Of The Territory, Environmental Protection, Waste Management, Labor Safety, Fire Safety And All Rules And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. The Scope Of Work Includes At Least But Not Restricted In The Following Obligations Of The Contractor Under This Public Procurement: • Preparation Of The Construction Site, A Temporary Organization Of Movement During The Construction, Including An Information Plate, According To Art. 13 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Assembly Works; • Delivery Of Raw Materials And Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction; • Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Project, The Technical Specification And The Applicable Rules And Rules For This Type Of Activity, Including The Provision Of Safe And Healthy Working Conditions, Environmental Protection, Including The Prescriptions Of Construction Supervision, The Designer / For The Applicable Sites / And The Contracting Authority; • Acceptance Of The Completed Construction Works And Commissioning, Expressed In: Single And General Tests, Preparation And Submission Of The Necessary Documentation For The Completed Construction And Executive Documentation, If Necessary; • Removal Of Defects Found During Testing And Test Operation, As Well As Elimination Of Defects During Warranty Periods; • Fulfillment Of All Requirements For The Activity Of The Contractor In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, This Specification And The Contract For The Implementation Of The Construction Works. • Within Warranty Periods Of The Contractor, All Defects / Hidden Or Not / Except Those Occurring As A Result Of Exceptional Circumstances Or Those Caused By Unscrupulous Operation.
