    Interruptible Power Supplies - Autonomous Mobile Filling Station H2 - Research, Development And Supply Of Hydrogen Equipment And Components Incl. Related Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Development And Construction Of The Prototype Of The Autonomous Mobile Filling Station H2 Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Annex 1 Zd “The Draft Contract” (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Draft Contract”). The Supplier Must Respect Binding And Valid European And Czech Technical Standards And Valid Safety Instructions When Fulfilling The Contract. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance And The Terms Of Its Delivery Is Stated In The Draft Contract. With Regard To The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Need To Deliver The Subject Of The Public Contract As A Whole, Partial Performance Is Not Allowed. The Division Of The Public Contract Into Parts (Partial Performance) Would Not Fulfill The Principles Of 3E And Did Not Allow The Participation Of A Wider Circle Of Suppliers.
