The Client Intends That The Plot Of Plot With The Fl.No. 4876/18, Registered In The Land Register Of The Munich District Court (Blatt 17505), Munich District, Section 3, In Agnessstraße 33 In 80798 Munich. This Student Dormitory Is Said To Have Around 185 Living Spaces For Students As Well As Around 19 Car Parking Spaces In An Underground Car Park And Approx. 239 Bicycle Parking Spaces. On The Land With The Postal Addresses Agnessstraße 33 And 35 There Are Currently Two Existing Buildings, Which Are Dismantled By The Client To The Ceiling Above The Basement. The Remaining Dismantling Measures (In Particular The Floor Slabs And The Ug On The Property Agnessstraße 33) Must Be Provided By The Contractor (Including Demolition Planning). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Procurement Of Total Entrepreneurial Services For The Turnkey Construction (Planning And Construction) Of The Student Dormitory. For This, All Other Planning Services Necessary For The Project Must Be Provided By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Be Commissioned.
