The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of A Recombinant Pork Concentrate Viii To Secure The Continuity Of The Treatment Of Patients With Acquired Innate Hemophilia A - Further Coagulation Factor, With The Category Of Availability Of The Republic Of Poland Or The Republic Of Poland, To The Direct Recipients Indicated By The National Blood Center (Hereinafter Nck) - Regional Blood Donation Centers (Hereinafter Rckik), On The Principles Set Out In Its Content. 2. Total Number (Purchase Size): 800,000 Iu. 3. Dose Proportions In Each Delivery - According To Swz. 4. The Coagulation Factor Concentrate Must Be Supplied With A Set That Allows It To Be Given. 5. - 6. The Purchase Is Implemented Under The Health Policy Program Of The Minister Of Health Entitled The National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Diathesis For 2024-2028, Which Includes The Deliveries Of The Abovementioned Medicinal Products For Regional Blood Donation And Blood -Healing Centers And/Or Other Entities Indicated By The National Blood Center In Warsaw. 7. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Annul The Proceedings Or Withdraw From The Contract Without Compensation For The Contractor With The Effect Of Ex Nunc, If At Least One Of The Nw Occurs. Roles: 7.1. The National Blood Center Will Not Receive Financing For The Implementation Of The Health Policy Program Entitled The National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Diathesis For 2024-2028 In The Expected Year Of The Contract In Whole Or In Part Allowing The Implementation Of The Contract. 7.2. The Minister Of Health Will Decide On The Lack Of Program Modification, Program Modification, Withdrawal From The Implementation Or Suspension Of The National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Diathesis For 2024-2028 Or Will Change The Content Of The Program Resulting In The Deletion Of The Medicinal Product Being The Subject Of The Contract/Contract. 8. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Pzp Act. The Employer May Annul The Contract For Awarding, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 9. Pursuant To Art. 256 Of The Pzp Act. The Employer May Annul The Contract Award Procedure Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids, If There Have Been Circumstances Causing That The Proceedings Be Continued To Be Unjustified. 10. Direct Recipient Distribution For Whom The Purchase Is Made Together With The Ordered Above The Number Of The Subject Of The Contract Needed To Buy, To The Undisturbed Implementation Of The Health Policy Program Of The Minister Of Health Entitled The National Program For Healing Patients And Related Hemorrhagic Diathesis For 2024-2028 Will Be Transferred After Signing The Contract To The Selected Contractor By The National Blood Center Within The Date Agreed With The Contractor, In Accordance With The Current Demand. 11.
