(Tge) I.E. An Annual Band Contract (Base_Y) Or A Quarterly Band Contract (Base_Q) (Appropriate For A Given Sales Period). The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Or Directly To Persons Submitting On The Part Of The Contractor The Relevant Power Of Attorney To Perform All The Actions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Sales Agreement Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure For Awarding The Contract. The Estimated (Declared) Demand For Electricity During The Contract Is 14,000 Mwh. The Size Of The Volume Of Electricity Indicated Above Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Contractor. The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed Will Only Result From The Current Needs Of The Employer And Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems, While The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Total Minimum Electricity Consumption During The Contract Process Will Be Not Less Than 11,000 Mwh. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz Containing Min. Locations And Description Of Electricity Acceptance Points And A Draft Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
