    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Bus Adapted For Passenger Transport. 2. The Vehicle Must Be Factory New (Year Of Production 2025), Having No Signs Of Use, Competitive, Free From Defects, Including Construction, Material, Executive And Legal And Ready And Suitable For Use. 3. The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including The Provisions On Traffic, Including In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Pr -Wo On Road Traffic (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Ce Standards And Meet The Requirements Of The Minimum Directive Cee Euro 6 In The Field Of Exhaust Emissions, As Well Regulations Are Commonly Applicable. 4. Wykonawca Będzie Obowiązany Przedłożyć Wraz Z Dostawą Pojazdu: 1)2 Komplety Kluczyków,2)Instrukcje Obsługi I Użytkowania W Języku Polskim W Formie Papierowej Wraz Z Informacją O Ilości I Rodzaju Stosowanych Olejów I Płynów Eksploatacyjnych W Poszczególnych Układach,3)Dokumenty Gwarancyjne Pojazdu W Języku Polskim Z Zapisami Zgodnymi Z Postanowieniami Umowy, (Książki Gwarancyjne/Karty Gwarancyjne) Oraz Zasady Ogólnych Warunków Gwarancji Producenta, Określających Warunki Realizacji Gwarancji, The Manner Of Performing Warranty Benefits As Well As A List Of Authorized Service Points Performing Warranty Services - In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Warranty Document And The Provisions Of The Contract, Priority Is Given To The Provisions Of The Contract, 4) Other Documentation Necessary To Register And Register The Vehicle In The Competent Authorities, Including In The Department Of Communication Competent For The Ordering Party, 5) Other Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Required By Law. 5. A Detailed Technical Description Of The Car, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
