The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów, Co -Financed By The Lower Silesian Voivode From The State Budget As Part Of The Assignment Of Funds To Remove The Effects Of The Features Of A Natural Disaster. 1.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In: 1) A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection Issued By The Staroste Of Dzierżoniowski; 2) Project Documentation Entitled The Bridge Reconstruction Project On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów; 3) An Executive Project Entitled Project For The Reconstruction Of The Bridge On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów; 4) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 5) A Temporary Traffic Organization Project; 6) A Permanent Traffic Organization Project. 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Project Documentation, Including An Executive Project, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or In Drawings Or At The Same Time In The Description And In The Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Contract. 1.5.
