The Task Includes The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Section Of The District Road 2029P In The Town Of Długa Goślina In The Construction Of A Walking And Bicycle Path With A Length Of About 985M - A Section North Of The Intersection With A Municipal Road To Nieszawa, To About 50M South Of The Intersection With The Municipal Road To Łyskoń Stary. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Joint Dictionary Of Cpv Orders: 45233120-6 Works In The Field Of Road Construction45232130-2 Construction Works In The Field Of Pipelines For Draining Storm Water3. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, 2) Construction Of Exits/Reach The Property, 3) Liquidation And Construction Of Road Ditches, 4) Extension Telecommunications, 8) Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossing And Ride For Cyclists, 9) Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, 10) Change Of Permanent Traffic Organization After Reconstruction. 4. The Technical Conditions And Requirements Have Been Specified In Detail In The Technical Specifications Of Works And Acceptance Of Works, Arrangements And Project Documentation: 1) Road Industry, 2) Sanitary Industry - Rainwater Sewage System, 3) Sanitary Industry - Reconstruction Of Water Supply Connections, 4) Sanitary Industry - Hydrant Reconstruction, 5) Teletechnical Industry - Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, 6) Power Industry - Road Lighting. - Annex 9 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) The Development Of A Traffic Organization Project At His Own Expense For The Time Of Conducting Works Covered By This Order In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1251), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On The Roads (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2019 Item 2311, As Amended) And The Regulation On Detailed Traffic Management Conditions On The Roads And Supervision Over This Management (Vol. Journal Of Laws 2017 Item 784). The Traffic Organization Project During The Works Should Take Into Account The Safe Traffic Of Pedestrians And The Functioning Of Public Transport During The Construction, Or Providing Detours After Agreeing With The Carriers, 2) Marking The Workplace In Accordance With The Approved Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization And Maintaining This Marking In Proper State, 3) Reporting And Agreeing With The Disposers Of Foreign Devices, Which Are In The Road, Conducting Works Together With The Ordering Necessary Supervision Over The Works, As Industry Arrangements, If Necessary, Industry Arrangements And Technical Conditions Should Be Updated, 4) Ensuring The Geodetic Service Of The Construction, An
