The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Nursery Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Child Care Institutions Up To The Age Of 3 Active Toddler 2022-2029. The Operation Includes The Design And Construction Of A Nursery Building With Installations, Technical Devices And Facility Equipment, Implementation Of The Area, Including Access, Commuting, Parking Spaces, Small Architecture Elements, Playground, Fences, Connections And Installation Equipment, As Well As Removal Of Trees And Shrubs (If Necessary). The Implementation Of The Task Includes The Construction Of A Turnkey Building Along With The Completion Of Construction And Obtaining By The Contractor A Decision On A Permit To Use On The Basis Of The Application Prepared By The Contractor, Signed By The Contracting Authority. The Location Of The Construction Intention, Existing Condition. The Investment Is Planned On Plot No. 857/1, Geodetic Precinct At Ul. Piotrkowska. Construction And Armament Of The Area Was Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program Of The Task. Piotrkowska, Plot No. 857/1. The Construction Of A Nursery In Moszczenica Is To Serve To Care For Children (Until 3 Years Old), Which Aims To Help Parents In Reconciling Professional Work With Family Responsibilities. 5. The Basic Requirements For The Building And Development Of Terrain Will Act As A Nursery. The Building Is Expected To Be 2 Nursery Groups Up To 3 Years (Including Disability). According To The Employers Assumptions, The Facility Will Be A Free -Standing, Single -Storey Building, With An Area Of About 360 M2 With A Single -Pitched Roof. The Designed Building Should Be Architectural, Structurally And Functionally Adapted To A Possible Future Expansion With A Pre -School Part Adjacent Directly To The Western Part Of The Facade Of The Nursery Building In Question.
