Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Municipal And Communal Culture Center In Morda - Stage V

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Under The Name: Modernization Of The Municipal And Communal Culture Center In Mordach-Stage V. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Modernization Of Bathrooms, 2) Modernization Of The Corridor, 3) Modernization Of The Conference Room, 4) Modernization Of The Stage And Wardrobe Parts Along With The Purchase And Assembly Of A Mechanical Stage Curtain, 5) Modernization Of The Boiler Room. 3. The Order Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Name, Brand Or Origin Of Products Or Materials Listed In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Obligatory For Contractors. Contractors Have The Right To Offer Other Equivalent Products Or Materials Provided That Technical, Technological, Utility And Quality Parameters Are Ensured, At Least Meeting Or Exceeding The Parameters Of Products Or Materials Required In Swz Or Attachments To Swz. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of The Products Used, Materials, Etc. Will Rest With The Contractor. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act, The Contractor Citing The Application Of Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. In Such A Situation, The Employer Requires The Submission Of Relevant Documents With The Offer Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements By These Materials Or Devices. 5. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. The Contractor Will Provide Mandatory Warranty Inspections During The Warranty Period And Warranty For The Flaws Offered In The Offer. 6. The Contracting Authority Recommends Conducting A Local Vision In Order To Read The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Its Surroundings And To Make The Necessary Measurements And Obtain All Data That May Be Necessary In The Preparation Of The Offer. 1) The Term Local Vision Each Of The Contractors Should Determine Individually With The Person Indicated For Contact In Swz, Having In Mind That Local Visions Can Be Performed Only In The Presence Of The Contracting Authority And The Deadlines Set Out With In Advance. The Contractors Themselves Bear The Responsibility For The Interpretation Of The Content Of The Information Obtained And Other Effects Of The Local Vision.
