The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are: 1) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works - Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Visualizations - Annex 2A To Swz; 3) Explions - Annex - Annex 3A To Swz; 4) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons (Physical Workers) Performing All Actions Covering The Direct Implementation Of The Construction Works In Question. The Requirement Does Not Apply To Activities Related To The Management Of Robots, Supervision Over The Construction Works And Transport Of Materials And People To The Area Of Completed Construction Works.
