    The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground, Belonging To The Municipal Nursery Tęczowa Kraina In Koników Including The Supply And Assembly Of Play Equipment For Children From 1-3 Years Old, Switching Part Of The Fence And Adding The Missing Fence And The Installation Of Safe Surface On Plot No. 106/10 Konikowo. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others, Delivery And Installation While Maintaining Safe Zones: Play Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture, In Accordance With The Design Documentation: 1. House With Mud Kitchen - 1 Pc. 2. Drawing Board - 1 Pc. 3. Wooden House (Wooden Hut)- 1 Pc. 4. Spring Rush -1 Pcs. 5. Childrens House - 1Pc 6. Carousel - 1 Pc. 7. Sand Set - 1 Pc. 8. Bench - 4 Pcs. 9. Sail Roofing - 3 Pcs. 10. Krypka Treme Gar Blo - 4 Pcs. Ii. Disassembly Of The Panel Fence Partly And Transfer And Assembly Of A New Panel Fence. Iii. Disassembly Of The Device - Sandbox And Handing Over The Ordering Party. Making A Safe Polyurethane Surface. Putting. Planting And Ordering The Adjacent Area As Green Areas - Lawns. Vii. Implementation Of As -Built Documentation Containing, Among Others Technical Cards, Certificates, Etc. - 2 Additional Services: 1) The Contractors Tasks Include The Implementation Of As -Built Documentation In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Contract. Form And Content In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 2) The Contractors Tasks Include Marking The Construction Site. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To: Place On The Finger Of The Construction Of Sanitary Facilities For Employees Swz. On This Task, The Contracting Authority Obtained Funding From The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025.
