The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled The Development Of Infrastructure By Purchasing Equipment For Conducting Cultural Activities For The Needs Of The A. Meżyrycki Center Of The City Of Siedlce. The Task Is To Design And Implement The Delivery, Assemble And Launch A Photovoltaic Installation (Minimum Power Of A 36Kw Solar Installation, Maximum 38.5Kw) With An Energy Storage (Minimum Capacity Of A Warehouse 32.00 Kwh) On The Roof Of The Ckis Building In Siedlce At Ul. Bishop Ignacy Świrski 31.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) For Pre-Project And Design Works:- Verifying The Output Data For Design Presented By The Employer, Performing At Your Own Expense All Tests And Analyzes Supplementing The Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Indicated By The Appointed Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Data Provided By The Employer Regarding The Pv Installation Planned For Assembly And Informing The Employer About The Significant Discrepancies Noticed In Them In Relation To The Facts,- Development Of Project Documentation By Persons With Appropriate Permissions, Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority All Necessary Arrangements And Technical Documents Needed To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Assembly And Construction, As Well As Other Works Including: A) Solar Installation:- Assembly Of Construction For Pv Panels,- Installation Of Solar Panel Installations With Power Optimizers With A Given Power For Each Of The Facilities Indicated In Pfu,- Execution Of Security For Constructions, For Wires And Securing Them,- Wrapping Position For Connecting Pv Panels Together With Performing Pv Routes In Rooms (If The Contractor Performs Wiring With A Free Ventilation Channel, It Will Be Necessary For Him To Obtain A Chimney Sweep Opinion),- Mounting Ac/Dc Switchgear,- Mounting Overrust Protection, Including Current Disconnectors On The Ac And Dc Side,- Connecting The Switchgear To The Power System,- Assembly Of The Inverter,- Carrying Out A Aid Work (Break Assembly, Installation Crossings Through Building Partitions, Filling Of Holes And Reproduction And Repair Of Some Damaged Expeditions (Finishing Elements) During Construction Works),- Cleaning Works Aimed At Bringing The Object To The Original State,- Starting The Installation,- Conducting Electrical Installation Tests In Relation To Pv Installations (Anti-Protection Protection; Resistance; Grounding; Short-Circuit Impedance- If Concerned),- Possible Grounding For Pv Installations Or Improving Its Quality (If It Does Not Occur Or Its Parameter Is Incompatible With Applicable Standards),- If The Building Is Installed On The Building Photovoltaic- Inspections, Tests, Launching And Adjusting The Installation,- Other Unspecified Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Entire Installation.
