    3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Use Permit For The Investment Task Consisting In The Construction Of The Container Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Together With The Necessary Social Infrastructure On Plot No. 392/12 As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of Real Estate For Sports And Recreational Purposes Of The Sulejów Commune In The Formula Design And Build. 3.2 The Task Is Provided For Implementation On The Plot Where There Are Sports Fields For Football, Basketball And Volleyball, And For Beach Volleyball With Lighting, Small Architecture And Congestion Of Pedestrian Routes. 3.3 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. - Utility: Construction Of Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Together With The Necessary Social Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu). 3.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Design Concept Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract Taking Into Account The Location Of The Facility On The Investment Area Construction, Is Obliged To Each Time To Change The Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design Solutions, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, In Relation To The Entries Contained In Pfu.3.7 The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Swz, Pfu And In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 3.8 The Offer Of The Offer Should Take Into Account All Costs And Activities Necessary For The Performance Of The Subject Orders In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards. 3.9 The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Pfu, Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
