Tenders Are Invited For A Service Involving Tutoring From English, Polish, Mathematics, Physics To Children In Family Foster Care, Broken Down Into 4 Parts.

Part 1 - English Tutoring. 1. Subject Of The Contract.1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Organizing And Tutoring From English. 2) The Contractor Will Perform Tutor In The Form Of Individual Work With Each Project Participants. 3) The Purpose Of The Classes Is To Compensate For The Educational Opportunities Of Project Participants By Supporting Learning And Catching Up School Arrears. 4) Support Will Be Covered By A Maximum Of 30 Children Attending Primary And Secondary Schools. The Service Can Be Implemented To A Limited Extent Or Not Be Provided. 6) The Person Indicated For The Performance Of The Contract Must Have: A) Full Legal Capacity And The Use Of Full Public Rights; B) The Status Of A Person Who Is Not Punished For An Intentional Crime Against Life And Health, A Crime Against Sexual Freedom And Customs, A Crime Against Family And Care, With The Exception Of The Offense Specified In Art. 209 Of The Act Of June 6, 1997 - Penal Code, A Crime Specified In Chapter 7 Of The Act Of 29 July 2005 On Counteracting Drug Addiction Or Against Which No Ban On Conducting Activities Related To Education, Treatment, Education Of Minors Or Taking Care Of Them Or A Prohibition Of Residents Of Specific Environments Or Places, Contacting Specific People, Approaching Specific People Stay Without The Consent Of The Court; C) The Status Of A Person Who Is Not In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses. 2. The Number Of Support In The Form Of English Tutoring Is: 528 One Hour Of Classes Is 60 Minutes (Full Clock Hour). The Indicated Number Of Hours Is Maximum, While The Minimum Guaranteed Implementation Is 80% Of This Number. 3. Classes Will Take Place In A Stationary Form. The Contractor Will Provide The Service Place In The City Of Jaworzno. 4. The Scope Of Support. 1) The Substantive Scope Of Classes Includes: A) Help In Mastering The Material Implemented At School, B) Catching Up Educational Arrears, C) Support In Doing Homework, D) Preparation For Tests, Eighth Grade Exam, Matura Exam And Others, Depending On The Needs. 5. Obligations Of A Tutor / Contractor. 1) Keeping Documentation Of Classes In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Guidelines, Including: A) Class Diary, B) Attendance Lists. 2) Preparation Of Monthly Evaluation Reports, Containing: A) Assessment Of Support Effects, B) The Number Of Hours Carried Out, C) Recommendations Regarding The Further Educational Development Of Participants. 3) Implementation Of Services In A Careful, Effective And Timely Manner, In Accordance With The Schedule Set From: A) Foster Care Department B) Project Participants. Foster Care Department, Including: A) Immediately Reporting Problems, B) Timely Transfer Of Settlement Documents After The End Of The Month 5) Conducting Classes From Monday To Saturday, Taking Into Account The Plan Of The Schools School Classes. 6) Providing Materials And Teaching Aids Necessary For The Implementation Of Classes. 6.
