    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of A Chamber Gas Furnace For Heating The Steel Load For The Hot Forging Process. The Work Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Order Includes The Design, Development Of Technical Solutions, Preparing Technical Documentation, Execution, Assembly, Installation And Launch In Hall No. 8 In Sbł-Git At Ul. Measures 12-14 In Gliwice, A Chamber Gas Furnace For Heating The Steel Load For Hot Forging Process. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Border Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Required By The Contracting Authority Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor Will Conduct Trainings Of The Employers Employees (Maximum 4 People) - The Trainings Will Be Confirmed By Relevant Documents (Certificate/Certificate, Etc.). 3. The Contractor Grants The Employer A Warranty For A Period Of At Least 12, Together With The Free Service Inspections Of The Spectrometer Required During This Period, Carried Out As Carried Out By The Manufacturers Recommendations During The Warranty (From The Date Of Final Acceptance). The Contractor Must Value The Offer Taking Into Account All Costs That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer. 4. All Possibly Provided In Swz Or Other Document Constituting An Attachment To Swz, Their Own Names Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative And Technological Expectations Of The Employer. This Should Be Understood As Determining The Required Minimum Utility, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards
