The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector Over The Task: Construction Of A Multi -Level Park & Ride Car Park At Kolejowa Street In Miechów Carried Out By The Contractor Selected In The Procedure. Task In The Formula Design And Build. Femp.03.02-Iz.00-0233/24: Program: European Funds For Lesser Poland 2021-2027, Recruitment Number Femp.03.02-Iz.00-034/24, Priority Femp.03 European Funds For Urban Transport, Action: Femp.03.02 Municipal Transport, Project Type: A. Municipal Transport Fund. Construction Of The Park & Ride Multi -Level Parking Lot At Kolejowa Street In Miechów Is Implemented On Plots No. 312/20, 312/25, 312/27, 312/28 Miechów Precinct, Miechów Commune In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Ii. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision In The Implementation By The Contractor Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks Of The Project Documentation, And Then The Execution Of Construction Works Based On It. The Nadzór Is To Be Exercised By A Team Of Inspectors With Required Qualifications, I.E. Construction Qualifications To Manage And Supervise Construction Works In The Following Specialties: 1. Construction And Construction Construction Works In The Specialty Of Construction And Construction. This Person Is Also The Coordinator Of The Activities Of All Supervisory Inspectors In The Implementation Of The Task. 2, Road Entitlement To Manage And Supervise Construction Works In A Road Specialty; 3. Installation (Supervision Inspector With The Right To Manage And Supervise Construction Works In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Systems); 4. Electrical (Supervision Inspector With Building Qualifications To Manage And Supervise Construction Works In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Electrical And Power Equipment), 5. Teletechnical (Supervision Inspector With Construction Qualifications To Manage And Supervise Construction Works In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Teletechnical Equipment) Iii. The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Knowledge, Construction Art, The Conditions Of The Administrative Decision Enabling The Implementation Of The Task, The Swz Conditions And The Model Of The Contract For The Performance Of Investors Supervision (Annex 6 To Swz) .Iv. The Tasks Of The Supervision Inspector Include Acting Within The Obligations Specified In The Construction Law, As Well As In Particular: 1) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Exercising Control Of Its Implementation With The Project And The Building Permit, Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2) Exercising Constant Supervision During Construction Works; 3) Checking The Quality Of Works And Built -In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products, Not Allowed To Be Used In Construction; 4) Checking And Receipt Of Construction Works Undergoing Or Disappear
