Tenders Are Invited For Installation And Extension Of Cctv Monitoring Systems For Facilities Located In The Cities Of Katowice And Szczyrk.

1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Assembly And Expansion Of The Cctv System Located In The Cities Of: Katowice - 1 Object - 1 Object In The Scope And In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 2A To Swz.2) The Materials And Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor. The Materials And Devices Should Be Brand New, Unused And Not Regenerated, In Accordance With The Law Allowed For Use And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing For Sale And Use In The Rp. 3) At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Show At Any Time During The Implementation Of The Contract - In Relation To The Indicated Materials, Devices - The Relevant Certificate, Etc.4) Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 50131-1: 2009 (Or Equal) .5) The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Conduct Training On Servicing The Newly Installed Devices Of The Cctv Technical Security System In The First Place Of The Head Of The Facility, Or Appointed Persons And Then Security Staff Providing Services To The University Of Silesia On The Basis Of A Separate Contract. 6) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: A) Maintaining In Constant Technical Efficiency Of The Extensive Cctv System By Performing Maintenance Services, B) Removal Of Failures (Regarding The Extensive Part). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Annexes No. 2A And 1 2B To Swz.9) Place Of Implementation: Object In Katowice: Scientific Information Center And Akademicka Library, Ul. Bankowa 11 A, 40-007 Katowice; Object In Szczyrk: Recreation Center Of The University Of Silesia In Szczyrk Ul. Olympic 56, 43-370 Szczyrk.10) The Minimum Warranty Period Required:- For The Work Performed: Minimum 24 Months;- For Mounted Materials, Devices, Etc.: According To The Manufacturers Warranty, But Not Less Than 24 Months. The Warranty Period Begins At The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report. 11) Detailed Terms Of The Contract And The Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.12) Order Processing Period: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Later Than By 31.12.2025.
