    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Equipment Together With Conducting The Training Of System Users To The Laboratory Of The Magazine Organization Of The Branch Skills Center-Spency Located In Zdzieszowice 47-330 At Ul. Mountains Of St. Anna 21A.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery, Bringing, Assembly Of Devices And Equipment, Configuration Of Devices, Launching The System, Training Of Users Of The Laboratory Of The Magazine Organization Of The Branch Skills Center - Forwarding In The Place Indicated By The Employer, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9 To Swz.4. The Contractor Ensures That The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Corresponds To The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And That The Individual Equipment Components Are Brand New, Not Subsequent, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Assembly And Use), And Their Purchase And Use In Line With Their Intended Purpose Does Not Violate The Law, Including Third Parties. By The Concept Of Factory, The New Contracting Authority Understands - Unused, Free From Defects, I.E. One That In Its Entire Production Process Is Produced From Elements Made From Scratch, Without Using Components Obtained From Other Products Previously Used In Any Way, From Current Production, In The Manufacturers Packaging, With The Manufacturers Trademark And The Term Origin, Supplied In The Original, Unparthed Packaging. All Instructions And Labels Must Be Prepared In Polish. 6. The Equipment Must Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Health And Safety In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Respect.
