Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Trees With The Planting Service In The City Of Bytomia With The Possibility Of Using Options

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Trees With The Planting Service In The City Of Bytom By 14/11/2025. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply Of Trees Indicated By The Contracting Authority, Planting Them In The Indicated Places, Watering After Completing The Work, Along With The Toe And Tape Of Trees. 3. The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular As The Type And Number Of Trees In The Basic And Optional Range, Requirements In The Field Of Nursery Material And Planting Method Was Included In Annex 1 To This Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). 4. The Principles Of Implementation Of The Order In The Basic And Optional Scope Are Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And In The Proposed Contractual Provisions, Which Constitute Annex 2 To Swz. 5. The Estimated Amounts Of Trees For Planting Are Indicative (Estimated). The Actual Quantities Of Works Ordered During The Contract May Vary From The Quantities Assumed (Estimated), Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 6. The Employer Specifies That The Minimum Scope Of Work To Perform Will Be Not Less Than 60% Of The Amount Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Basic Scope. 7. Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Constituting The Product Of Actually Completed Works On The Basis Of The Accepted Schedule And Unit Prices Given In The Offer Form. The Basis For Issuing A Monthly Invoice Will Be A Report Confirming The Performance Of The Service Properly And In Line With The Contract, Signed By Representatives Of Both Parties. 8. The Contractor Should Grant The Ordering Party A 7-Month Warranty And Warranty For All Work And Planted Nursery Material. The Beginning Of The Warranty Period Is Considered The Date Of Final Acceptance, Confirmed By The Work Receipt.
