    1 Dr. Roman Ostrzycki In Konin From The Place Of Residence To The Dialysis Station Of The Provincial Combined Hospital Dr. Romana Ostrzycki In Konin At Ul. Szpitalna 45 And Back And Help In Performing By Dialysis Of Transport Activities, E.G. Getting In, Getting Off, Etc.; 1.2 Transport Of Diarrhea To Transplantation Centers Throughout The Country (Poland) From The Dialysis Station Of The Voivodship Combined Hospital Dr. Romana Ostrzycki In Konin At Ul. Szpitalna 45 - Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. Dialysis Station Of The Provincial Combined Hospital Dr. Roman Ostrzycki In Konin (Hereinafter Also Called Station) Takes Care Of The Care Of People Living In The Konin Poviat. Due To The Variable Nature Of The Service Performed, The Employer Only Determines The Estimated Monthly Scope Of The Service. 3. The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Described In Detail In Annex 3 Of The Wse (Planned Provisions Of The Contract). 4. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Due To The Fact That The Scope Of The Order Is Possible To Fulfill One Contractor. Lack Of Division Does Not Limit The Competition On The Market, Nor Is It Difficult To Order. The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Be Associated With An Increase In Costs For The Contracting Authority, Technical Difficulties And Difficulties Related To The Coordination Of The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing.
