3 Detailed Technical And Use Parameters Of The Vehicle, Which Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Employer, Are Specified In Annex 2 To Swz. 3. The Contractor Must Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Minimum Technical And Utility Parameters By Completing Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Offered Vehicle Must Meet In Particular The Requirements: A) The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) Together With Enforcement Provisions To The Act; B) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. 2024, Item Administration, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of 22 March 2019 On Special Vehicles And Used For Special Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service And Fire Service (Journal Of Laws 594); E) The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Admission In Fire Protection In Poland Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Principles Of Issuing Admission Of These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended. D.). The Contractor Will Present The Current Document On The Day Of Delivery; F) The Vehicle Chassis Must Have A Current Certificate Of Type -Approval Certificate Or Conformity Certificate In Accordance With Separate National Provisions Regarding The Road Traffic Law. If The Building Conditions Specified By The Chassis Manufacturer Have Been Exceeded, A Complete Approval Certificate And The Consent Of The Chassis Manufacturer For Building Construction Are Required.
