    Work Detail

    Part 1 - Delivery Of Students To The Primary School In Rożnów And Roztoka - Brzezinach. At A Given Hour) 1. The Courses Will Take Place In Accordance With The Schedule, Which Together With The Contract Model Is Annex 4 To Swz. Number Of Services, Courses And The Number Of Students May Change During The Order. 2. Conditions For The Order: 2.1. Transport Services Provided As Part Of These Proceedings Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Ones In This Respect, In Particular: A) Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 - Educational Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1043) B) Of The Act Of 15 November 1984 Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). 2.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Providing Technically Efficient Vehicles. Buses/Buses, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Must Meet The Conditions That Are Required For School Buses. The Technical Condition Of Buses Must Be Confirmed By Appropriate Technical Inspections. Each Bus Must Have Valid Liability Insurance. Tepowinny Documents Will Be Shown At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, B) Ensuring Adequate Safety Conditions, Hygiene And Cleanliness Of Vehicles Ensuring Comfort, C) Providing Drivers With Appropriate Qualifications; D) Compliance With The Established Time Distribution And Routes; E) In The Event Of A Bus Failure, Providing A Replacement Means Of Transport; 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Childcare During Transport. 4. The Contractor Bears Legal And Financial Liability For Damages And Consequences Of Accidental Accidental Employees And Third Parties, And Arising Due To Non -Performance Or Improper Performance Of Obligations In The Contract Or Other Activities Remaining In Connection With The Contract.
