    1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Crane In The Didactic Building No. 3 Of The Faculty Of Medical And Technical Sciences Of The Karkonosze Academy Of Sciences Applied In Jelenia Góra Minimum Parameters Presented In Annex 2 - Technical Information Sheet. 2. The Activities To Be Carried Out Include: 1) Designing Works, I.E. Developing Complete Project Documentation For The Investment Task; 2) Execution Of Works, I.E. Implementation, On The Attitude Of Project Documentation And Building Permit Or Notification Of Works Not Requiring Obtaining A Building Permit, Construction And Assembly Works To Obtain, In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Provisions On Technical Supervision, Permission To Use And The Decision A Crane For Operation, Including: A) Disassembly And Utilization Of The Existing Crane: B) Structural Works Related To The Matching Or Adjustment Of The Elevator Shaft; C) Delivery And Assembly Of A New Passenger Crane Suitable For The Intensity Of Use By The Ordering Party; D) Shaft Ventilation; E) Execution Of Electrical And Teletechnical Installations Or Reconstruction Of Existing Ones; F) Execution Of Finishing Works, Necessary To Complete The Works Within Dismantling And Assembly Of The Crane; G) Execution Of As -Built Documentation, Including The Preparation Of A As -Built Project Reflecting Actually Actually Completed Works; 3) Obtaining, The Contractors Efforts, Consent To The Operation Of A Passenger Crane By The Technical Inspection And Obtaining The Permit For The Use Or Submitting The Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Performing Monthly Maintenance For The Period Of Guarantee Granted For The Installed Passenger Crane;
