1. The Subject Of The Contract Covered By These Proceedings Is The Delivery And Implementation Of The Digital System Registration System In Two Courtrooms Subject To Modernization In The Courts Of The Płock District In The Following Locations: 1) In The Building Of The District Court In Ciechanów At Ul. Mikołajczyk 5 In One Hearing Room, 2) In The Building Of The District Court In Sierpc At Ul. Spring Of Nations 1 In One Hearing Room. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Supply Of Equipment, Assembly And Launch Of The System And Tests Of The Installed System (Project, Installation And All Related Procedures); 2) Delivery Of Materials Necessary To Perform Works, 3) Providing Technical Documentation, 4) Training In The Field Of System Service, 5) Providing The Service And Technical Support Of The System, 6) Disassembly Of Existing Devices In The 2Nd Dissertations Ww.3. The Technical Support Service And System Service 2) The Service Of The Service And Technical Support For The System Includes In Particular: A) Ensuring Efficient, Correct And Free From Defects In The Functioning Of The System In The Location Of Users; B) Removing All Defects, Errors, Failures And Damage To The System And Their Effects In The Location Of Users; C) Providing Consultation And Technical Assistance For The System, Provided For Users; D) Implementation Of The System Software Modification On The Ministry Of Justice; E) Updating The System Environment, I.E. Updating The Software Necessary For The Functioning Of The System In Accordance With The Announced Corrections Of Software And Device Manufacturers (Drivers, Operating Systems, Databases); F) And Other Activities Specified In Annex 3 To The Contract. 4. The Minimum Warranty Period And Service Of 36 Months Counted From The First Day Of The Full Month After The Parties Signed The Final Acceptance Report. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz.6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
