    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Transport Of Disabled Students Along With The Assurance Of A Guardian From The Piechowice Municipality To The Educational Institution Indicated By The Employer In Jelenia Góra, From September 1, 2025 To The End Of The School Year 2025/2026, Which At The Time Of Publication Of The Contract Announcement Is Planned For June 26, 2026, On All Days Of Education, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The School Year Announced By The Calendar Of The School Year Announced By The Calendar Of The School Year Announced By The Calendar Of The School Year Minister Of National Education And In The Case Of Working On Classes On Another Day, Free From Classes, Also On That Day. Transport Will Take Place Within The Indicated Period Twice A Day: One Course In The Morning (Delivery) And The Other Course In The Afternoon (Return). The Delivery Will Be Adapted To School Hours At Hours Agreed With Parents Or Legal Guardians Of Disabled Students. The Contractor Will Provide At Least One Guardian Taking Care Of A Maximum Of Seven (7) Disabled People During Transport. The Member Includes Transport In The Amount Of Nine (9) Disabled Students With The Possibility Of Increasing To Twelve (12) Students With The Guardian/Guardians From The Students Place Of Residence, I.E. Ul. Tourist 6/3.2. Ul. Upper 11.3. Ul. Szkolna 33/2.4. Ul. Szkolna 1/33 (Written Notification Of Space Booking) 5. Ul. Tysiąclecia 12/5.6. Ul. Side 17.7. Ul. Krystalowa 10/7.8. Ul. Przemysłowa 4.9. Ul. Zamkowa 1. Educational Plants, To Which The Delivery Will Be Made: - School And Educational Center, Ul. Kruszwicka 3, Jelenia Góra. The Total Daily Transport Length On The Route: Piechowice - Jelenia Góra Is 47 Km. Care Of Schools Of School Science - 188.
