The Task Is Co -Financed By The European Union Under The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Restoration - Component B Green Energy And Reduction Of Energorestation, Investment B1.1.4. Strengthening The Energy Efficiency Of Local Social Activity Objects. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) External Works, Including:- Insulation Of Foundations- Insulation Of The Wall On The Base Of The Basement- Insulation Of External Walls- Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery- Insulation Of The Ceiling Over The Passage- Insulation Of The Ceiling) External Works Including:- Dismantling Of Floors,- Cement Flooring,- Wytatadyc) Installations Including:- Implementation Of The Central Heating Installation And Hot Water (Heat Pump)- Execution Of A Solar System4. Location Of Works-Culture Center In Łopuszka Wielka, Łopuszka Wielka 134, 37-222 Łopuszka Wiel5. Payment And Required Processing Schedule:- 2025- Min. 1 239 873.51 Pln - 2026 - Up To 587 538.86 Pln. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Has Been Determined By Project Documentation (Inventory, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design - Sanitary Installations, Stwiorb, Values, Pv Installation Design, Energy Audit). The Work Should Be Carried Out Within The Scope And Quantity Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In The Manner Described In The Design Documentation And The Contract, Constituting Attachments To Swz. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between Swz And Stwiorb Entries, Swz Entries Have Priority. 7. The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Construction Works: Minimum 36 Months, 8. Qualitative Requirements Relating To The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Project Documentation. 9. Requirements For Availability For Disabled People [Art. 100 Paragraph 1] Were Specified In The Project Documentation.
