3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of: 3.1.1. Design Stage - Execution Of Project And Cost Documentation 3.1.2. Executive Stage - Implementation Of Designed Assembly Works, For A Planned Task, I.E. Mounting Snow Barriers (Snowballs) On The Roofs Of Buildings No. 1, 2 And 3 Of The Heat Transformation Plant Located At Ul. J. Giedroyca 23 In Krakow On Plot No. 64/45 Precinct 0043 New Huta Registration Unit (Hereinafter: Ztpo). 3.2. The Implementation Of Works Is Understood As The Performance Of All Necessary Design Works, The Performance Of Designed Works And Their Technical Acceptance, As Well As Providing Service And Required Reviews. 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.3.4. Any Indication In The Content Attached To This Swz Design Documents Of Own Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Places Of Origin Defines The Preferred Quality And Level Of Technical And Functional Parameters, Which The Contracting Authority Is Interested In, Should Be Understood As Containing Or Equivalent. 3.5. The Term Equivalence Is Understood As Offering Devices Or Materials With: 3.5.1. At Least The Same Features (I.E. Functional And Functional Properties) As Given In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Pfu, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz; 3.5.2. Technical Parameters At The Level Of At Least The Same As Indicated By The Ordering Party (In This Respect The Employer Also Allows Solutions Better Than He Described, In Particular Resulting From The Modernization Of The Technological Production Line). 3.6. Wherever In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, References To Specific Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Were Included In Them, Should Be Understood As Containing Or Equivalent Formulation. 3.7. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Show In The Content Of The Offer He Submitted That The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Utility Parameters Specified In Swz, Or Provides For Better Solutions Than Those Described. 3.8.
